Electrical Fitter

Permanent position with benefits of pension scheme, life assurance and income protection scheme.

We are a leading manufacturer of high and ultra high pressure packaged engineered solutions.

As Electrical Fitter your primary task is to build units to electrical drawing specifications supplied. This will involve carrying out panel wiring and machine electrical fitting of mechanical rotating plant. Electrical Fitters also need to be fully conversant with the Electricity at Work Regulations, Health and Safety Regulations, Safe Systems of work and be able to carry out isolations.

Previous experience of working within an industry environment such as Oil and Gas and with COMPEX and Ex/ATEX equipment would be an advantage.

International and offshore installation, commissioning and servicing may also be available to suitable candidates.

Candidates must hold a recognised qualification and have served an electrical apprenticeship

Starting salary will be dependent on experience.

Mechanical Fitter

Permanent position with benefits of pension scheme, life assurance and income protection scheme.

We are a leading manufacturer of high and ultra high pressure packaged engineered solutions.

As Mechanical Fitter you will need experience in build of pump units in a project build environment. It would be an advantage if you also had knowledge of high pressure pumps, electric and diesel systems.

Your primary task is to build units to drawing specifications supplied but you will also carry out equipment demonstrations, installation, commissioning and service duties; on or off-site, international and possibly offshore work.*
(*should you undertake offshore work training will be given)

A recognised practical qualification will be required.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Design Engineer (one position) and Senior Design Engineer (one position)

The Job
Reporting to the Engineering Project Manager you will be responsible for detailed equipment design & specification.
You should have knowledge and experience of structural and capital equipment diesel driven and electric driven system design. Experience of quality systems & safe design practice is also required. You must be proficient in using Solid Edge or Solid Works 3D. Experience in the design of hazardous area equipment would be a distinct advantage.

Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer Requirements:

• a sound mechanical engineering background
• worked on the design of skid mounted equipment and enclosures for offshore use
• experience of diesel (and electric a bonus) driven rotating equipment
• experience of the offshore and international oil and gas industry
• experience of high (and ultra high) pressure water pumps, pumping and pipework (plunger type pumps)
• used to working with highly specified design projects
• proficient with 3D CAD (preferably Solidedge or Solidworks)
• will be expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Worcester office.

In all cases starting salary will be dependant on your experience which must be supported by recognised academic qualifications.

Engineering Buyer

Permanent position with benefits of pension scheme, life assurance and income protection scheme.


We are a leading manufacturer of high and ultra high pressure packaged engineered solutions.

As Engineering Buyer you will require experience in the procurement of a wide range of components and fabrications for our production team.

You will be negotiating with numerous suppliers in order to obtain the best possible procurement arrangements in terms of values and quality.

You will co-ordinate the supply function to ensure our project managers can achieve build deadlines. To achieve this you will need extensive experience of the procurement role within an engineering manufacturing industry producing bespoke one off packaged units for industrial and O&G markets.

Ideally you will have:

• An engineering background
• Purchasing and logistics experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• An understanding of stores activity
• Knowledge of Pegasus/Operations Crystal Reporting – an advantage but not essential
• IT Skills with MS Windows and Office packages
• A CIPS qualification will be an advantage
