Vacuums, Compressors and Pumps for Offshore Fabric Maintenance

We design and manufacture vacuums, compressors and pumps. These units are for operation in offshore hazardous areas for superstructure and fabric maintenance applications. Whilst our range includes standard units, we have significant experience in the design of bespoke packages.

The units are generally mounted in crash frames or containers certified to ISO 10855-1. We supply both crash frames and containers with fork lift entry points and a certified, 5-leg sling set. Design features for container units typically include lockable double access doors and external recessed bulkheads for access to controls and services connections. Options include noise attenuation panels, 110v/24v lighting and yellow alert, and fire & gas detection. A popular option is the internally mounted bench and vice for routine maintenance and servicing. Our units can comply with ATEX, NORSOK, IECEX and other recognised hazardous area standards.

Fabric Maintenance Innovations

Identifying the needs of the industry and developing products to address those needs is important to us. We work closely with our customers and we understand the nature of the hazardous environments in which they operate.

A sample of our innovations solutions to our customers’ specific applications.

MultEjet – electric drive, high pressure waterjetting pump packages for ATEX Zoned operation with variable speed drive. This unit is housed in one offshore container.

OffshoreLITE – compact, lightweight units for facilities which have reduced crane lift capacity or limited deck space.

HPHT Washdown Package – a NORSOK-compliant high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) pump package for multiple location washdown duties on an offshore platform.
