The pump units are based on our trusted MultiJet range and incorporate application-specific features to ensure they are ideally suited to offshore aquaculture projects.
Given the rugged and remote locations in which these units will operate, reliability and maintenance requirements are crucial. At the heart of the unit is the Hammelmann reciprocating plunger pump. This pump series is ideal for this application as it offers unrivalled reliability and long service intervals. The pump’s vertical orientation allows pump skids to be designed with small footprints – perfect when deck space is limited.
The units can be lifted by fork-truck or crane and are protected by a stainless steel environmental enclosure. The robust touchscreen control displays operating parameters and alarms, and allows easy operation of the unit. A suite of instrumentation will monitor system health and operation, and provide alarm and auto-shutdown functionality.
Design and manufacture was at our factory in Worcester, UK. The units will be backed up by full spares and service support.
