We are delighted to introduce our new Operations Manager, Jamie Dobbins.
Jamie has been part of the Calder team for nearly fourteen years. He started life at Calder as an Electrical Development Engineer, proved his worth, and quickly rose to E&I Manager. A thinker and a doer, Jamie has earned huge respect from his team, leading from the front in his own calm, gentle manner.
Adding to his experience, Jamie has also project managed a number of high value projects for the offshore energy sector. This, coupled with his role as E&I Manager, has given him a thorough understanding of Calder, our products and our processes. From initial meetings with the customer, design, procurement, build, test, commissioning and after-sales, Jamie has done it all – again and again.
We are very pleased to promote in-house, and we think Jamie will be perfect for this challenging role.
