Our latest MultiJet high pressure pump unit is in build at our factory in Worcester. This diesel-engine-powered unit will be housed in a sound-reducing, DNV-compliant container with two sets of double access doors.
A Hammelmann reciprocating pump will deliver 120 lpm of seawater at 1200 bar in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Operation will be through an integral control panel which will display performance data.
The MultiJet unit is a common sight on offshore installations, where its reliability and long time between services is much valued by our customers. This unit is designed and built in conjunction with hydrodemolition equipment specialists Conjet for Norwegian company 4C Solutions as part of a system that will be delivered to a customer in the Middle East and will be supported by our locally based service and spares team.
We have a long history of supplying high pressure waterjetting units for offshore customers.
Modular NORSOK Jetter
With the customer’s brief requiring flexibility of use, this unit was designed with a bolt-on sound attenuation module. The complete unit is NORSOK compliant. Removing the sound attenuation module gives a Zone II compliant unit which weighs in at less than 10 tonnes.
Offshore Pump Units for All Locations.
Our MultiJet range of offshore pump units can be configured to suit your operating location – safe area, Zone II, Zone I, NORSOK, IECEx. MultiJet is the result of many years’ design, investment in new technologies, and experience.
Lightweight and Compact Offshore Water Jetting
Our range of lightweight, compact offshore jetters is proving very popular, particularly on platforms with reduced crane lift capacity. With weight and space always an issue on platforms and vessels, the OffshoreLITE range is a major innovation to meet our customers’ needs. As with our MultiJet range, these lightweight units can be powered by electric drive or diesel engine, and there are many options and configurations to suit the environmental conditions and the regional operating regulations.
